Egypt Equine Aid

Visiting Us

Experience our lifesaving work firsthand

Visiting Egypt Equine Aid offers a unique opportunity to witness our efforts in providing critical veterinary care to Egypt’s working horses and donkeys. Our facility, though modest, serves as the heart of our mission to save and rehabilitate animals in need.

When you visit, you’ll have the chance to see our dedicated team in action—providing emergency treatments and preventative care, and helping to improve the welfare of these hardworking animals through our education initiatives for owners. In addition to gaining valuable insights into our work, visitors are also welcome to bring vital supplies to support the animals, such as halters, fly masks, nosebands, humane bits, and other equipment that supports the work we do.

Whether you are a veterinarian, animal welfare advocate, or simply someone with a passion for animal care and are interested in seeing behind the scenes of our busy vet clinic, meeting our lovely resident donkeys, horses, cats and dogs or finding out where your valuable donation has been invested.

Visiting us

Visitors are welcome between 9-11 and 2-3. You can find us on google maps under Egypt equine aid. We may be busy at the time of your visit but we will do our best to give you a guided tour.

Many of our overseas visitors also choose to help by bringing much-needed supplies in their luggage—this is another great way to support our work!

For Egyptians, we offer a free ten-week training course, as well as general daily visits to our clinic.

To make enquiries or schedule your visit, please contact our manager, Hazem, at 01011335445.

Make a difference during your visit

When you visit Egypt Equine Aid, there are many ways you can help us continue our lifesaving work. Bringing vital equipment such as nosebands, halters, fly masks, and humane bits is a practical way to support the health and well-being of the animals we care for.

Donations are always appreciated and go directly toward providing essential veterinary treatments and care for our patients. Sharing our mission and the incredible work we do with your network can amplify our reach, raising awareness and encouraging others to get involved. Additionally, organising fundraisers in your community is a powerful way to contribute, helping us secure the resources we need to continue saving lives. Your support, in any form, makes a significant impact on the lives of the horses and donkeys that rely on us.

Right now horses and donkeys are enduring terrible suffering. Please help EEA put an end to this.
